Stamping process is a stamping process used by metal stamping factories to process bent stamping parts. There are many types of lifting techniques, such as bending, bending, twisting, etc. So what size of bent metal stamping parts is the stamping process suitable for?

Stamping technology can reduce springback, and the size and accuracy of bent workpieces are very high; The disadvantage of stretch bending processing is that the material utilization rate is low, because during stretch bending, it is necessary to leave a clamping part and a suspended part that cannot be tightly attached to the mold tire.

Bending processing can be used for both sheet metal processing and profile bending. When bending profiles, in order to reduce rebound, a larger elongation rate is used during stretching. Generally, the elongation rate is first stretched to about 1%, and then bent along the convex mold in the stretched state, followed by filling and shaping.

Suitable for workpieces with large length and relatively large bending radius. For parts with a relative bending radius less than 10-15mm, the bending method is generally not used for bending processing, otherwise the outer layer will crack.
